Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, and specifications accurately. However, the appearance of a product may vary depending on your device display, lighting, manufacturing variation, or other factors.

XTREM cases feature an E-Ink display that can show selected images. The appearance of displayed colors may vary with the display panel and viewing conditions. Product images and demonstrations are illustrative and may not exactly match every user's experience.

We may update product details, designs, specifications, or availability from time to time. Any change will not remove rights you may have under applicable law.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where there is a suspected payment issue, suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, or a product availability issue. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Please review your order details carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or been handed to a carrier.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices, promotions, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are displayed during the shopping and checkout process. Prices and availability may change without notice, but changes will not retroactively alter a completed order except where permitted by law or necessary to correct an error.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Once an order has been processed or handed to a carrier, we may not be able to change the address or intercept the shipment.
